A new season is upon us, and as surely as the leaves begin to turn, so too comes a new chapter in my collaboration with Il Regalo.

The result is a stunning trio of wool socks, all three in a classic pattern, all three distinct in its own right, and all three in a somewhat subdued hue perfectly fitting winter.

Interestingly, the three socks in this collection are by far the most unique that we have released, in way of sampling, yarn and result.

For the paisley socks, it’s the first time the shadow paisley design has been made in a wool version, making it the perfect dress sock for winter while keeping the elegance associated with a dress sock.

The colour, dark olive with a contrasting dark green paisley, has a subtle melange with notes of brown, making it a beautiful rendering of the hues of nature. They can be paired with green, but just as easily with shades of gray and brown.

The new wool & linen herringbone socks are made in an absolutely stunning brown and camel colourway.

Made from wool and linen, the two materials results in a completely unique texture, while the Super Extra Fine Wool, with a fiber diameter of just 17.5 microns, comparable in fineness to cashmere, provides softness.

The Soft Tweed Glen Check socks. As much as even I would be hard to convince that a pair of tweed socks could be soft, you’ll have to take my word on this.

Not only are they soft, they are in fact the softest texture of all winter socks Il Regalo has ever produced, and they are absolutely stunning both in colour and pattern. A true winter staple for any seasonal wardrobe.
